How to I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
From inside your course, click on the Virtual classroom menu item and scroll down to the interactive online booking calendar.
Click on the Log In link and enter your email address and the password you set up previously.
Click on your name at the top, then select My Appointments. Here you can see your past and upcoming appointments. When you select an upcoming appointment cancel it up until 12 hours prior to the start time.
There is also a cancel appointment link in the booking confirmation email you were sent.
